Unity comes through willingness. Those willing to enjoy fellowship with others find ways to feel oneness. Certainly, we are not one all the time; we have differences in many ways. Those differences enrich our thinking, feeling, being. Sameness is dull. We don’t want dull. We want life and breaths that invigorate both the mind and the body.
We do not fondly think back on dull times. We do remember
spontaneity, exploration, discovery and new. Ideas are as powerful as action.
Ideas are the action of the mind. The exploration of meaning and how it is
woven into so many contexts of experience. That is discovery to change lives.
Sharing discovery leads to innovation and change. Alone, it is renewal.
Together with other minds we advance life’s story.
Discovery is building. Finding. Making. Positive. The
opposite is tearing down, destroying, erasing. The negative is not a
replacement. It is a nullification.
Without replacement, nullification is a void. A subtraction
from that which is. How can that be good?
We have endured four years of nullification without
replacement. Complaint and belittling. Chipping away and diminishing. Even
destruction. But what comes in its place? So far, nothing. A four year period
of negativity.
Utter failure. And nearly half of the population thinks this
is good. How?
A fresh four year period begins. Building positives is the
main agenda. Finding hope and moving toward it. Restoring order, value and
relationship. It pays to be critical when it leads to stronger achievement; but
only if the intended outcome is positive for the common good does it matter.
That’s what is yearned for.
Unity of purpose. Unity for the common good. That is the
agenda now. Finally.
